What is this "real life" you speak of?

As an aside, I had no idea that the iPad maps were so problematic until I noticed my iPad report that I was about 500 meters south of the highway we were driving on, and driving in the opposite direction. At about 10 km above our elevation.

On topic, it's possible to opt-in EoF beta in the game properties on Steam by checking password after leaving the password field empty. It doesn't seem to do anything, there are no downloads or anything of the sort, it's just that you can opt-in.

I was just getting ready to purchase SOS 2 Enhanced from Steam when I found this thread - is the beta still available, and if so, how can I get in on it?

You must have a paid copy of the game to use the Beta forum.

Also there is no beta testing for the enhanced now. All done! Once you have the game, updates will periodically released in beta for for a few days and during this, the beta forum will be open.
